The best method for filing a claim is to contact the insurance company via the 1-800 number listed on your policy. Once you have contacted the insurance company it is best to call our office and advise us of the claim and the details so that we may monitor the claim and limit its longevity.
Fax, e-mail or submit your request to via the contact page. We will send evidence or a certificate by fax or e-mail and mail the original on the same day you contact us. Special request can be handled on a priority basis.

We represent insurers who are rated secure (A++, A+, A, A- or B+) by the A.M. Best rating service. We always show the rating of the insurer on our proposals.
New clients have the option to be are surveyed for risks that are common for their type of business, upon request. At least 90 days prior to renewal, upon request, we can review our client’s existing coverage and ask about any changes in the business operation. When requested, we can also review previous recommendations as well as make new ones.
All of our employees are enrolled in continuing education programs. Among the professional designations already achieved by our employees are CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor); CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent); ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative) and CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative).
