Terms and Conditions INSURAMERICA OF FLORIDA TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICIES I understand that any insurance terms and definitions are meant for general informational purposes and not meant as specific advice or recommendations. I understand that INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA will process service requests based on information provided through this site and that I will receive confirmation of all changes to my coverage. I authorize all such changes, and assume the responsibility of notifying INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA in the event of errors or misunderstandings. 1. Guarantee of privacy of client information and all privacy language. 2. INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA will handle service requests in good faith based on registration information. All service requests will be confirmed to the client and they must contact INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA in case of error. 3. Client is responsible for updating email address and other information in the event of change. 4. Insurance terms, descriptions of coverage and other insurance information is not meant to be complete, and the client should either contact INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA or read their policy for complete information. 5. All insurance and non-insurance information is for general purposes and may not be up-to-date or complete. INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA is not responsible for information in sites linked. 6. No changes will be considered to be bound until the client has received confirmation from INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA. PRIVACY POLICIES At INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA, we respect the privacy of our customers and our web site visitors. In most instances, Insuramerica of FL, Inc. is primarily compensated for the insurance brokerage services that it provides to its policyholder clients through commission payments that are based on the premium charged, and paid for, by the issuing market for each policy secured for Insuramerica of FL, Inc.'s clients. The percentage of these commissions varies by market and policy type. In addition, Insuramerica of FL, Inc. has entered into contingent compensation arrangements with markets based on circumstances, including without limitation, the overall volume of premiums paid to or policies issued by or through a particular market for Insuramerica of FL, Inc's clients; the overall growth, persistency and/or retention of the premiums paid by Insuramerica of FL, Inc's clients to or through a particular market; and, in certain cases, the profitability of the total premium (i.e., claims history on the coverage) paid by Insuramerica of FL, Inc.'s clients to or through a particular market. Use of Personal and Non-personal Information At INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA, we collect two kinds of information about our on-line visitors: personal and non-personal. Visitors are not required to register to access the public pages of INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA sites; however, non-personal information is collected to track the total number of guests visiting INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA sites and the portions of the site most commonly visited. Security The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our guests is of utmost concern to us. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, INSURAMERICA of FLORIDA cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online applications, products or services, and you do so at your own risk.
