our instructions to the insurer to bind the coverage on your account (and
ID cards for vehicles). If you make your request via our website you will
receive a return email form us confirming your request and coverage
- How do I request evidence of coverage or a certificate of insurance and how long does it take?

evidence or a certificate by fax or e-mail and mail the original on the same
day you contact us. Special request can be handled on a priority basis.
